This hotel in Poprad is truly a hidden gem. the location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the charming old square, it offers easy access to the main town center and ski resorts. Secondly, the staff here are exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, with their friendly service and attention to detail. Lastly, the rooms are a pleasant surprise, equipped with a full kitchen and all the basic amenities you need. Oh, and let's not forget the delicious breakfast that will leave you wanting more!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a charming old square. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the ski resorts and close to the main Town Centre. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs, allowing me to check in early so I could get some urgent work done. The rooms were well-equipped, with a full kitchen, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection of delicious options.

Located close to the High Tatras, this hotel offers a great location for skiing enthusiasts with easy access to the ski resorts. the hotel is situated near the main Town Centre and bus station, and the Spisska Sobota offers beautiful views. the room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel also has facilities like a private jacuzzi that is perfect for post-hike relaxation and recovery.

The hotel was located in a beautiful historic area with plenty of quaint shops and cafes nearby. the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. the room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. the view from the room was breathtaking and added to our experience.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center and required a taxi or some planning ahead to get to various shops and restaurants. It would be better to have some basic amenities nearby to avoid the hassle of having to travel far to get what you need.

Great location with amazing views of the mountains. Conveniently close to the highway and romantic medieval area. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food to choose from.

Our romantic escape was compromised by the thin walls, which allowed us to hear our neighbor's TV. the shared fridge in the corridor was not ideal, as our food and drinks were opened or missing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful inner yard at this hotel. With its fruit trees, garden, green lawn, and colorful flowers, it created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The addition of a pool was also a lovely bonus, perfect for a refreshing dip on a sunny day.

No improvements needed; everything was perfect.

Our room and all areas were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The breakfast was the best we've ever had, with delicious toast and special honey. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, reliable wifi, and mini bar with a wide selection of drinks. The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood offered a great view and fresh air. Getting around the city and to the ski resorts was easy with nearby transportation.
